go to Device manager - under unknown device - update driver - browse my computer - let me pick my driver - choose pro4000 fro - program file -logitech - webinstall- driver -pro , which installed after installing the latest version from logitech website for windows xp or vista ........ It works with me

I had to run the installer software in compatibility mode for Vista 64-bit SP2, but you are right on the money. Works now. I appreciate the info.

Also it was not possible to download the latest version of logitech driver vista 64, cause it was written, that program is not designed for your win7. So u should go to the downloads, right click on the latest version of logitech driver, then choose fix the problem with compatibility....then choose win vista(normal version). Then do as Candice wrote. And another advice try to download from this website(logitech has no driver there, just programQuickCam 10.5 x64) http://www.filecluster.com/...
